- $15 per class
- $60 a month for Unlimited classes ( This includes ALL Yoga classes with ALL Teachers on the schedule AND The Sound Bath and ALL Pilates Classes.

- Hot Power Yoga (Vinyasa) @ 5:30pm - Ericka (Virtual Option

Tuesday
- Hatha Yoga @ 9am - Wayne
- Vinyasa Yoga @ 6pm - Cathy

Wednesday
- Chakra Flow @ 11:15am - Cathy
- Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork @ 6pm - Ericka (Virtual Option)
- Deep Rest Sound Bath (No movement) @ 7pm - Ericka

Thursday
- Hatha Yoga @ 4pm - Allison
- Hot Power Yoga (Vinyasa) @ 6pm - Gigi

Friday
- Hot Power Yoga (Vinyasa) @ 5:15am - Sheila
- Hatha Yoga @ 11:15 - Ericka (Virtual Option)
- Hot Pilates @ 6pm - Ericka (Virtual Option)

Saturday
- Hot Power Yoga (Vinyasa) @ 9am - Jenifer Haysley
- Pilates Express (30 min) @ 10am - Ericka (Virtual Option)

Sunday
